About This Build
The aesthetic choices on BDR1932 lean toward modern performance rather than period-correct. The triple-element stripe layers black, Liquid Silver, and Race Red rather than the more common single-color treatment. The cockpit substitutes a carbon fiber dashboard and SABELT cam-lock harnesses for the typical analog dash and lap belt of a 1960s tribute, and the red-faced Auto Meter gauges and suede SABELT steering wheel continue that direction. The mechanical configuration is conventional for the RT4B: a Ford big-block in 427 cubic inch displacement, a Tremec five-speed, ceramic-coated headers, and the BMW-sourced suspension Backdraft uses as standard.
Documentation on BDR1932 beyond the build configuration above is limited. No sale history, title jurisdiction, current owner, or odometer reading is recorded in the source material at the time of this article. Additional provenance is not yet on Cobra Authority and will be added if and when it surfaces.
